Some clients prefer to enter into an HRO agreement where MBA acts as a strategic back office. An HRO relationship offers clients  human resources support in five core areas:

      • Payroll Administration
      • Benefits Support
      • Risk Control and Workers' Compensation
      • Insurance Management
      • Human Resources Consulting

In an HRO arrangement, clients receive administration assistance, but unlike in a PEO arrangement, a co-employment relationship is not established.  Here, all insurance products are client based and employment-related taxes are reported and paid under the client’s federal ID number.

A comprehensive assessment of your current business practices can outline the areas that would best serve your business needs. Please review the summary of services under each service offering for a detailed listing of the administrative tasks for which MBA can assist your company.

"My managers depend on the support MBA provides in all HR areas, from payroll and employee benefits to assisting with employee relations issues.  The team at MBA is an integral part of my team and therefore their advice and counsel is a vital component of our decision making process on all HR issues."
