A PEO relationship offers clients back-office, human resources support in five core areas:

This support is provided through a co-employment relationship. Under this arrangement, worksite employees become, for certain purposes, employees of both the client as well as MBA. The client retains sufficient control of daily activities while MBA is designated as the employer of record for tax paying and workers’ compensation insurance purposes. In this relationship, all wages and payroll related taxes are reported and paid under MBA’s federal ID number.
